How it works.

How much is it? We ask € 30 per message, per language. The price for your messages is visible at the bottom of the page and excluding VAT. You also receive a 10% discount from 10 messages. And 15% discount from 15 messages! Do you have any questions? Mail johfrah@voices.be.

1. Choose the voice

Choose from Johfrah and Eveline from Belgium. Or Klaas from the Netherlands. Johfrah delivers Flemish, French and English recordings. Eveline records also German texts. Klaas is Dutch. The advantage of one voice that speaks multiple languages ​​is the consistency on your telephone exchange!

2. Choose the number of messages

One message has a maximum duration of 20 seconds, or 50 words. For example, do you want an on-hold message, a voicemail and a voice prompt? Then choose 3 messages. Do you want to have these recorded in two or three languages? Then make the language choice underneath. Click here to find some sample texts.

3. Choose how many languages you need.

You can have the messages recorded in multiple languages. You get the first language selection menu (if you work with a telephone menu) for free! The number of messages is multiplied by the amount for the selected languages. (€ 30 for 1 language, € 60 for 2 languages, € 90 for 3 languages). For example, one prompt in 2 languages ​​costs € 60. One prompt in 3 languages ​​costs € 90. You can choose to receive the messages as separate audio files. But also as merged audio files. Everything is possible according to your wishes.

4. Write your messages

Place the messages in the text fields. If you chose multiple languages, place the translations of the message in the same text box.

5. Music

Do you want to add music? Then first add the messages to your shopping cart. On the next page you can select the music.
